Well it takes 8 weeks to learn the basic with good foundation. And regular practice of 30 min a day will lead to your progress depending on your level of speed. You will be ready to play a simple song at least by 1 year comfortably.

If you practice 4 hours a day then you'll be able to play piano or keyboard in a month and the patience is very important to learn any instrument, while practicing if you are able to play any exercise or song then don't get frustrated, start doing some other song or exercise and do the the previous exercise after a gap of one day and you'll be able to play it very easily. It does not depend up on time. You can spend 10 min also. But fully concentrate and every day with out missing. Regular practice is the secret of music.

Learn music successfully in the simplest way possible!

Casio is just a Brand Name like Yamaha, Korg Etc. To learn to play simple songs on any instrument takes at least 3 months but it depends on how much time you dedicate for practice.

Well, unless you practice daily & show real interest you can learn some simple songs in 1 month time but I would suggest you to go for Yamaha as you are a beginner & Casio is also fine but Yamaha is recommended for beginners.

But to play some songs and music, it will take at least an year to feel comfortable on the keyboard. And Casio is just a brand which makes keyboards. There are several brands which make keyboards like Yamaha, Korg etc. Only difference between various brands keyboards, is Tone quality and Features.
